Overseas Project

New Development Group has positioned itself in overseas market with many high quality overseas projects in strong demand for development.

At present, the New Development Group has two overseas projects in New Zealand and Dumont Bay, Guam, which are in full swing.

New Zealand Project

Asia Pacific International (New Zealand) Co., Ltd and NDG Asia Pacific (New Zealand) Co., Ltd are two companies registered in Auckland, New Zealand by the Group. The companies were established in December 2009 and March 2010 respectively. Their major business scope lies in real estate development in New Zealand.

The strategic deployment of the company is quite ambitious and grandiose. At present, the major projects include the development of Auckland Center (Ritz-Carlton Hotel), North Shore Moir Hill project, West Forest Hill project, Hobsonville industrial project and so on.

Most of the projects are in the stage of preliminary preparation. Among them, the New Development Auckland Center project is located in CBD of the city, converging with the city subway station which is under construction. The building will become one of Auckland's tallest buildings after completion as well as a new landmark of the city in future. The project had already been approved by Auckland municipal government at the end of February 2015 in terms of source use.

Guam hotel Project

Located on Fafai Beach of Dumont Bay, Guam, the hotel is adjacent to Guam's most famous view spot, "Lover's Cliff". The project covers an area of 81,753 square meters and boasts a 500-meter stretch of white sand beach with a beautiful view. It is the last undeveloped area for hotel’s purpose in Dumont Bay with greatest commercial value.

Based on initial negotiations with the Marriott Group, the project plans to construct two luxury hotels, Ritz-Carlton with 200 rooms and JW Marriott with 400 rooms. The project has carried out survey and topography work and road design work. The construction is planned to start in 2019.
